In line with Tavanah Group’s vision for international cooperation and synergy among its active members, a friendly and productive meeting was held in Istanbul with the participation of the group’s executives and representatives.
The primary objective of this gathering was to explore new collaboration opportunities, strengthen the communication network among members, and develop strategies for expanding business activities in regional markets.
Participants discussed potential opportunities in export and import sectors, focusing on:
Importing medical and industrial equipment,
Exporting food products, and
Streamlining trade processes among Iran, Türkiye, and Iraq.
The importance of brand registration and obtaining official export licenses in target countries was also emphasized.
Several high-profit projects with short payback periods were presented.
Members analyzed the economic environment and trade regulations in Iraq, Türkiye, and Iran, addressing challenges related to market entry in Iraq—including permits, logistics, and partnership with local entities.
Proposals were raised to prioritize the development of promising brands in service, technical, and food industries, aiming to enhance growth potential and brand value.
One of the most significant proposals was the formation of an official association for Iranians residing in Türkiye.
This initiative seeks to leverage existing connections and governmental relations to support, empower, and create economic opportunities for the Iranian community.
The vision is to build a unified framework—“Iranians for Iranians”—to foster social, economic, and cultural development.
Establishing a communication platform among members for project coordination and follow-up;
Utilizing successful experiences in the Turkish market as a strategic model for operations in Iraq;
Prioritizing service quality in consulting, training, and technical support within future collaborations.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthen synergy, exchange expertise, and build a structured framework for regional cooperation.
Specialized working groups will be established to monitor ongoing projects, define new opportunities, and evaluate the proposal for creating the Iranian Association in Türkiye.
